Due to the fragile nature of our products all orders are sent via door to door courier.
All deliveries require signature upon receipt, if you would like to allocate for Authority To Leave, please let us know in writing at the time of placing your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers as all deliveries need to be signed for.
Most orders will ship out within 1 - 3 working days of ordering. You will received an email notification when your order has been shipped. Items will generally reach you within 3 working days.
RE-DELIVERY
Delivery time is not inclusive of verification and administrative process.
In the event that the package is returned to us due to the customer's error in indicating the incorrect and/or insufficient address, a re-delivery fee of $7 will be charged and be payable by the customer.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Comme Home cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as delays, damaged and lost packages caused by our courier company.
